Stephanie Cohen

Stephanie Cohen currently serves as the Senior Principal of Integrated Loyalty Solutions at Concentrix, a position held since January 2022 following the acquisition of PK, where Stephanie held the same title from March 2020 to January 2022. With extensive experience in loyalty solutions, Stephanie has also worked as VP of Solution Design and Consulting at cxLoyalty, and Senior Director of Consumer Initiatives at Aetna, where responsibilities included developing strategies for member engagement and loyalty. In prior roles, Stephanie contributed as a Partner at LoyaltyOne and a contributing editor for COLLOQUY, focusing on financial services loyalty. Additionally, experience includes significant positions at MasterCard International and USBank, along with managing marketing strategies at MBNA America. Stephanie holds an MBA in Finance and Health Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Duke University.
