Yumi Arendse

Yumi (Holliday) Arendse is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational and performance excellence across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence at Concentrix, Yumi has previously held the position of Performance Excellence Manager and Operations Manager at Webhelp Enterprise. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Manager Operations at SAP Ariba and Business Development Manager for EOH SAP Services Coastal at EOH. Yumi also has a background as an Account Manager at Paracon. Educationally, Yumi holds a Bachelor of Theology degree in Comparative Religion from ICOSA/UCT, completed between 1997 and 1999.
