John Michael Syquio has a diverse work experience that spans over 17 years. John Michael started their career in 2002 as a Computer Science Instructor at AMA-CLC Las Piñas and then moved on to become a Computer Science Instructor at STI College Las Piñas in 2003. In 2004, they joined APAC Customer Services as a Quality Assurance Representative and later became a Corporate Quality Analyst and Quality Assurance Supervisor.

In 2008, Syquio joined SPi Global as the Quality Assurance Group Head and then became an Operations Manager (Service Desk) in 2009. John Michael managed a team of professionals and supervisors and was responsible for developing performance metrics and ensuring high-quality support.

From 2012 to 2013, Syquio worked as a Computer Science Instructor at STI College Alabang. In 2013, they joined Shore Solutions Inc. as an Operations Manager (Customer Service) and managed multiple teams of supervisors and Customer Care Executives.

In 2016, Syquio joined Concepcion-Carrier Air Conditioning Company (CCAC) as the Consumer Relationship Manager, where they fostered key accounts relationships and streamlined contact center processes. John Michael later became the Head of Services & Innovations, responsible for managing the back-end functions of the Consumer Solutions Group.

Most recently, Syquio joined Concepcion Industrial Corporation in 2019 as the Change Management Lead and later became the Head of Aftermarket Service Operations.

John Michael Syquio obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Science in Mathematics major in Computer Science from the University of Santo Tomas from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their High School education in Mathematics and Computer Science at the same institution from 1994 to 1998.
