Joshua Temkin

Joshua Temkin PMP is an accomplished technical architect and leader in health IT and consulting, currently serving as Chief Engineer for DHMSM/JOMIS at Leidos since September 2022. As President and Chief Technology Officer at Pleiotek since January 2017, Joshua co-founded the firm to offer consulting services in Agile Development, Mobile Applications, Cloud Computing, and Health Policy. Previous roles include Vice President of Technology and Innovation at Business Information Technology Solutions, Vice President Defense at SRA International, Vice President of Healthcare at Qbase, and Chief Software Architect at SAIC, where Joshua significantly contributed to military healthcare programs. Joshua's educational background includes an MBA and Master’s in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Computer Science from Tufts University.
