Ashley Schaberg

Ashley Schaberg has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ashley recently worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Concept Solutions, LLC starting in 2022. Prior to that, in 2021, they had a role in Front Office Operations at Massanutten Resort. In 2020, Ashley worked as a Student Extern at Aramark Refreshment Services, where they provided customer service, ensured food safety, and managed food inventory. In 2019, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at Concept Solutions, LLC, where they assisted with personnel file audits, employee events coordination, and employee onboarding. Earlier in their career, Ashley worked as a Summer Camp Counselor/Assistant Coach at Loudoun Elite Volleyball in 2016, where they led activities for children and served as an assistant coach. Ashley also worked as a Cashier at sweetFrog Frozen Yogurt in 2016, providing customer service and managing the opening and closing of the business. In 2015, Ashley was an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Northern Virginia Volleyball Association, coordinating player activities and skills drills. Ashley started their career as an Administrative Assistant at BRIMTEK, Inc. in 2014, where they performed various administrative tasks and managed office operations.

Ashley Schaberg has a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business from James Madison University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2022. Prior to attending university, they completed their high school education at Riverside High School from 2015 to 2018 and Tuscarora High School from 2014 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Ashley has obtained several certifications including AllSeated Certified Professional from Allseated in March 2021, ServSafe Food Handler from ServSafe Certified in April 2020, Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) from Health Communications, Inc. (The TIPS Program) in February 2020, and CVENT from Cvent in March 2021.
