Angelica Aguilar has a diverse work experience in various research and internship roles. Angelica worked as a Research Associate at Conception starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Visiting Graduate Student at the University of California, San Francisco from 2021 to 2023, where they worked on a thesis project involving the development of an in vitro mouse model. Additionally, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher and Instructional Student Assistant at Sonoma State University from 2019 to 2021. At MDI Biological Laboratory in 2020, they were an Undergraduate Research Fellow and conducted meta-data analysis related to the SARS-CoV-2 virus. In 2019, they interned as a Quality Assurance Intern at Relypsa, where they assisted with system integration and managed company training documents.
Angelica Aguilar completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General from Sonoma State University from 2017 to 2021. Angelica then pursued a Master of Science degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology at San Francisco State University from 2021 to 2023.
