Johanna Passard

Johanna Passard is a seasoned professional in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) with extensive experience across various countries and organizations. Currently serving as the Global MEL Adviser for Concern Worldwide since October 2023, Johanna previously held multiple roles at ACTED, including Country MEAL Manager for Yemen, Afghanistan, and South Sudan, where responsibilities encompassed team management, capacity building, and strategy development. Johanna also contributed as HQ MEAL Support Manager, focusing on global MEAL strategic revisions. With a background that includes a support role at UNESCO in Vietnam and a project assistant position at Tassili, Johanna's educational qualifications feature multiple master's degrees in development and geographic management from prominent institutions.
