Hannah Upham

Hannah Upham has worked as a Case Manager at Horizon Behavioral Health from February 2018 to May 2019. Hannah also completed an Educational Internship at Liberty University in July 2016, where Hannah focused on gaining an understanding of international efforts in human trafficking. Currently, Hannah holds the titles of CSBBH Mobile Therapist, Family Based Mental Health Professional, and Family Based Mental Health Case Manager at CONCERN - Professional Services for Children, Youth and Families. Additionally, Hannah serves as the Board Vice President and Board Secretary at Rewritten of Tioga County from February 2022 to February 2024.
