Karen Miller has a comprehensive work experience in the field of genetic counseling. Karen began their career as a Genetic Counselor at the University of Rochester in 1987 and worked there until 1998. In 2011, they returned to the University of Rochester as a Cancer Genetic Counselor and stayed there until 2019. During this time, they also worked at InformedDNA as a Genetic Analyst and later took on the role of Cancer Genetic Counselor. In 2022, Karen joined Concert Genetics as a Clinical Policy Analyst. Karen Miller attended the University of Rochester from 1981 to 1985, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Genetics. Following this, from 1985 to 1986, they furthered their education at the University of Michigan, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Genetics/Genetic Counseling.
