Concert Lab
Andrew Pogson is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience in creative direction, orchestral management, and project oversight. Founder and Creative Director of Concert Lab since December 2021, Pogson is also the Board Treasurer for the Melbourne Jazz Co-operative, which has been a role since April 2012. Previously, Pogson served as Head of MSO Presentations at the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra from October 2010 to November 2021, overseeing performances and managing a range of projects while holding the position of Senior Manager for Special Projects. Additional roles include Board Member for CLASAX: Clarinet and Saxophone Society of Victoria, Operations Manager, and Operations Officer at Orchestra Victoria, and Head of Preparatory Studies at the Australian National University. Pogson holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Music from The Australian National University.
