Lakeisha Jones

LaKeisha Jones is a Chief Clinical Officer and is responsible for planning, organizing and leading all aspects of clinical operations to help drive the company’s mission of Reimagining Nursing Home Dialysis One Community at a Time.

LaKeisha has excelled in providing a strong clinical atmosphere that values quality care, improved patient outcomes, staff education and development, cohesion between all disciplines, and compassion to the nursing profession. LaKeisha has implemented clinical initiatives supported by evidence-based practice to help transform our partner and patient experience.

Lakeisha is involved in many professional organizations and was recently recognized as the top 25 Most Influential Black Woman of Chicago by the Chicago 300 Black Women’s organization. Lakeisha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
