Hannah Katz

Hannah Katz is an experienced professional in clinical strategy and community health management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager of Clinical Strategy and Services at ConcertoCare since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Program Director at Community Healthlink Inc., overseeing multiple state and federally funded programs, and Assistant Program Coordinator for a Crisis Stabilization Unit.
