Michelle Dabney has extensive experience in the healthcare and customer service industries. Currently serving as a Senior Care Coordinator at Concierge Care since July 2014, Michelle previously worked at Apex Companion Care in various roles, including Lead Case Coordinator and In Home Program Director, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, overseeing staff, and handling billing and payroll. Earlier experience includes a Customer Service Representative position at Dunn Avenue Family Practice and a customer service role at Art Craft Cleaners. Michelle holds a Bachelor in Arts in Psychology from the University of North Florida and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Florida Community College of Jacksonville.
