Gretchen Strohlein

Gretchen Strohlein is an accomplished business development executive with extensive experience at Concora Credit since August 2006, where roles have included Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Client Success, Vice President Client Services, and Senior Director Client Services. Responsibilities encompass overseeing cross-functional activities for integrating new partnerships and communication between external partners and operations within the Bankcard/Retail sector. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Business Integration and Director of External Operations, Training and Quality, focusing on managing services, training, and quality functions. Prior to Concora Credit, Gretchen worked at VW Credit from 2001 to 2006 as Section Leader for Collections, leading and supervising collection units across multiple automotive brands. Gretchen holds a Master of Business Administration from George Fox University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Anthropology from Syracuse University.
