Ramona Adkins

Ramona Adkins, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as HR Manager at Carlyle Cocoa Co, LLC since February 2014 and as Human Resources Director at Concord Engineering Group, Inc. since April 2024. Ramona also provides HR consulting services with The Lindenberger Group, focusing on employee relations, benefits, recruiting, compensation, and compliance.
