John Daley

John Daley has a diverse work experience in the food manufacturing industry. John currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at Concord Foods LLC, where they oversee and provides technical support to a team of engineers, electricians, and mechanics. John also manages capital expenditures and continuous improvement projects. Prior to this, they served as a Plant Manager at Rustic Crust/American Flatbread, where they gained valuable learning experiences. Before that, they worked as a Food Manufacturing Consultant at GLG Consultant. In their previous role at Stonewall Kitchen, they successfully led safety initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic and made significant improvements in bottle redesign, reducing scrap and rework. John also held positions as Director of Manufacturing, Director of Engineering and Facilities, and Senior Operations Manager/Production Manager at Stonewall Kitchen. In their earlier career, they served as the Director of Operations at Concord Foods, where they achieved steady decreases in labor costs while maintaining sales growth.

John Daley earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Stonehill College. John attended from an unknown start year to an unknown end year. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance, General at the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, attending from 1994 to 2000. Additionally, in November 2021, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
