R&D/Production Optimization Manager at Concord Foods, LLC

Meg Gallagher has a diverse range of work experience in the food industry. Meg is currently working as an R&D/Production Optimization Manager at Concord Foods LLC, a position they started in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Tribe Mediterranean Foods as an R&D Manager from November 2018 to October 2022. Before joining Tribe Mediterranean Foods, Meg was employed at Concord Foods as a Senior Food Technologist from May 2011 to November 2018. Meg also worked at Dean Foods as a Food Scientist from March 2010 to April 2011, and at Stonyfield Farm as a Food Technologist from January 2006 to March 2010.

Meg Gallagher has a diverse education history in the field of Food Science. In 1999, they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Liberal Arts Math and Sciences from Corning Community College. Meg then went on to attend Cornell University from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Science. During their time at Cornell, they also pursued a similar Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Science from 2001 to 2003. Finally, in 2004 and 2005, Meg attended the University of Florida, where they completed their education with a Master of Science (MS) degree in Food Science.
