Rita Hoey-Philibotte MSA completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rivier University between the years of 1989 and 1993. Rita then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University from 2006 to 2008.
