Scott Pafford

Scott Pafford is currently the IT Project Management Team Lead at Concord Group Insurance, providing company-wide leadership, analysis, planning, and project management. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a Consultant at JVT Advisors @ Concord Group Insurance and as a Senior Management Analyst / Project Leader at the State of New Hampshire - Insurance Department. Scott has experience in leading transformational change, utilizing Agile methodologies, and managing a variety of projects in both large and small scales.
