David Nilemo

David Nilemo has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, serving in various leadership roles since 1981. Currently, as Regional Director of Operations at Concord Hospitality Enterprises since February 2010, David plays a crucial role in corporate support, managing hotel transitions, and overseeing multiple properties. Previous roles include General Manager positions at Hyatt Place Jacksonville, SpringHill Suites by Marriott Las Vegas Convention Center, and Hyatt House in Broomfield, where David successfully turned around underperforming hotels. David's earlier experience includes management positions at Extended Stay America, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Sunway Hospitality, where significant financial improvements were achieved. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from the University of Colorado Denver.
