Stephen Christensen

Stephen Christensen is a seasoned culinary executive with extensive experience in food and beverage management. Currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Concord Hospitality Enterprises since March 2021, Stephen leads the opening team for two full-service restaurants, banquets, and a lobby bar in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte, NC. Prior to this role, Stephen spent 18 years at Marriott International as an Executive Chef, where a strong performance and methodical approach were key in managing restaurant and culinary operations. Stephen holds a degree in Food & Beverage Management from Johnson & Wales University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
