Prior to this role, Stephen spent 18 years at Marriott International as an Executive Chef, where a strong performance and methodical approach were key in managing restaurant and culinary operations. Stephen holds a degree in Food & Beverage Management from Johnson & Wales University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
