Ryan Kondrat

Ryan Kondrat is a seasoned music professional with extensive experience in various roles across notable companies. Currently serving as Partner and Creative Director, as well as Partner and Music Director at Grayson Music since January 2016, Ryan also holds the position of Senior Vice President Creative at SNGL since January 2022. Additionally, Ryan has been involved with Concord as a Producer and Writer since January 2015. Beginning his career as a sync writer at Syndicate Sound in Toronto, Ryan gained recognition through collaborations with prominent artists, including Broken Social Scene, Lights, and Stars, which solidified his reputation as a talented collaborator. Prior to these roles, Ryan worked as a composer and Voice Director at Pirate Toronto from January 2011 to January 2016.
