Shanon T. has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and leasing industry. They currently hold the position of Senior Director of Commercial Leasing at Concord Pacific Developments Inc., where they oversee leasing operations for large-scale master-planned communities in Canada and the UK.
Prior to this role, Shanon held the title of Senior Director, Retail Leasing at Park Royal Shopping Centre Holdings Ltd and Larco Investments Ltd. They managed a team and a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across Canada, including shopping centers, hotels, and office buildings.
Before joining Park Royal Shopping Centre Holdings Ltd, Shanon worked as the Senior Director of Leasing, Retail Services at Bentall Kennedy. They were responsible for leasing management of a 1.8 million+ square foot real estate portfolio and oversaw diverse spaces in British Columbia.
Shanon's career began at CB Richard Ellis, where they worked as a Senior Sales Associate. They managed retail leasing for corporate landlords and had a high volume of listings. Shanon achieved notable success in leasing transactions and played a significant role in bringing Starbucks to Vancouver by securing multiple locations.
From 1992 to 1994, Shanon T. attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where they studied real estate. They did not mention obtaining a degree during this period.
