Bharat Sundavadra

Bharat Sundavadra is currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Concord Resources Limited since January 2024, focusing on global commodity trading in non-ferrous metals and associated minerals. Prior to this role, Bharat held the position of Interim General Counsel for EIMEA & APAC at HH Global from March 2022 to February 2023, contributing to a leader in tech-enabled creative production and procurement. From April 2002 to November 2021, Bharat was Assistant General Counsel and Director of Strategic Assets at Noble Group, overseeing a significant transformation of the company into a major global supply chain operator. Earlier experience includes roles as Solicitor at Stephenson Harwood LLP and Linklaters, and Legal Counsel at Syngenta Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Cambridge and a Postgraduate Degree in Law from Nottingham Law School, complemented by a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Chemistry from Cardiff University.
