Gary Hammond

Gary Hammond has worked in the base metal concentrate operations since 1984. Gary started as a Procurement for Binani Zinc Smelter for the Binani Group. In 1999, they moved to Marc Rich Investments London as a Senior Operations Manager for Copper/Lead/Zinc Concentrate. In 2002, they joined Pechiney Trading Ltd (now Ocean Partners) as an Added Value Operations Lead and Zinc Concentrates. In 2004, they moved to IMM Trading Ltd as an Exclusive Operations and Marketing, where they were responsible for sourcing, marketing and entire operations. In 2014, they began consulting in base metal concentrate operations. From 2015 to date, they have held a series of consultancy, task and part-time roles with known traders and mine operators in base metal concentrate commercial operations, with their current role being part-time. In 2018, they joined Concord Resources Limited as a Base Metals Concentrate Operations.

Gary Hammond attended Stanway Comprehensive from 1974 to 1979, where they received a BEC General and BEC National Business Study.
