SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Concord Technologies is currently seeking a Sales Development Representative for its growing Sales team.  We are looking for exceptional individuals with a competitive spirit and the desire to put in the work to become a top performer. This role will be based in our Seattle headquarters near the vibrant Pike Place Market.

The Sales Development Representative is a key contributor to the continued success of Concord’s growing Sales Team. In this frontline Sales position, you will be the first touch point between Concord and new prospective customers and be responsible for building sales/lead pipelines for the sales organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Meet and exceed defined activity metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis through effective communication channels including phone calls, email, social media, and chat.
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns to identify new contacts, evaluate their needs, assess their fit with our products, and arrange product introductions for prospective clients.
  • Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach efforts.
  • Qualify inbound MQL leads and efficiently pass them to the appropriate sales representatives for further follow-up.
  • Manage the initial sales process for assigned Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to identify potential opportunities and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Schedule prospect meetings and facilitate seamless communication among team members and stakeholders within the sales organization.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and web-based chat, ensuring prompt follow-up and providing suitable product or service recommendations based on prospect needs.
  • Collaborate in the development of high-quality sales pipelines through targeted outbound outreach efforts.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Position Requirements:

  • Exceptional oral and written communication
  • College Graduate

The compensation range for this role is $25 - $29/hour plus bonus. Range can flux dependent on experience.
