Phil Mansur

Phil Mansur has extensive experience in tooling engineering and die making, with a career spanning over two decades in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as a Tooling Engineer and previously as a Die Maker and Troubleshooter at Concord Tool And Manufacturing, Inc. since June 2019, Phil has also held key positions as Tooling Manager at K & K Stamping Company and as a Die Maker at multiple organizations. Phil’s expertise includes the repair, maintenance, and upgrades of complex tooling systems, with a strong focus on utilizing various ferrous materials. Notable contributions include establishing a kan ban system for perishable tooling and involvement in quality management systems and problem-solving initiatives. Phil Mansur is an alumnus of Macomb Community College and Georgia Military College-Augusta Campus, with a diploma in General Studies from Lakeview High School.
