Aaron Ross

Aaron Ross is an experienced Human Factors and Usability Engineer Consultant currently working at Concord since 2025, focusing on medical device design safety and user-friendliness in collaboration with Roche. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Human Factors, Industrial and Usability Designer at Avanos Medical, managing design projects and user studies from 2020 to 2024, and serving as an Ergonomics Specialist at Mass General Brigham from 2010 to 2020, where efforts increased workplace productivity and safety across a large healthcare system. Ross has also contributed to various roles, including Human Factors Engineer at Ximedica, Principal at Ergonomics Northwest, Research and Development Engineer at The Boeing Company, and Ergonomist/Project Manager at Ergonomics Incorporated, along with foundational experience as an Automated Mapping Project Assistant at PacifiCorp. Aaron holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Ergonomics and Human Factors from Texas Tech University, as well as a Bachelor of Science from Pacific University, and has pursued coursework in Industrial Design at multiple institutions.
