JM Guthrie has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They are currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at Concord since January 2023. Prior to this, they have held various roles in different companies. They were a Co-Host of The FUZZEE'ish Podcast at FUZZEE'ish starting from November 2022. They were also a Co-Founder at FUZZEE since October 2020. They served as the Founding Partner and Chief Customer Officer at authentic digital agency from April 2014 to January 2023. They were the Vice President of Client Services at Tahzoo from 2012 to 2014. Before that, they worked as the Global Business Development for Digitaria Sports at Digitaria, a JWT Company in 2011 and as a Regional Sales Manager at Sitecore from 2010 to 2011. They also served as a Business Development Manager at agencyQ from August 2006 to August 2010. Their earlier roles include Account Manager positions at Gratis Internet from March 2006 to August 2006 and at AOL Sports from July 2004 to March 2006.

JM Guthrie attended James Madison University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Finance at the same institution. Before attending university, JM Guthrie completed their high school education at South Lakes High.
