John Thompson

John Thompson is currently a Board Member at Concordance Academy of Leadership. John has also previously served as an Executive Advisor at Riverwood Capital Management, Chief Executive Officer at Virtual Instruments, and Chairman of the Board at Symantec. Prior to that, they were the General Manager of IBM Americas from June 1971 to April 1999. Throughout their various leadership roles, John has been responsible for developing strategic direction and implementing plans to drive growth and optimize virtual infrastructure. John is highly experienced in the technological industry and has been instrumental in shaping the landscape of modern business.

John Thompson earned a Masters in Management Science from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
