Sharon Scott

Sharon Scott has a diverse work experience in the field of records and information management. Sharon began their career as a Data Entry Clerk at the National Archives and Records Administration in November 2013, where they maintained databases and processed confidential information. From May 2014 to January 2019, they served as an Archives Technician, providing reference services and performing detailed arrangement work. In January 2019, Sharon was promoted to the role of Archives Expert Technician, where they provided guidance, improved procedures, and made recommendations to enhance efficiency. Sharon recently joined the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in October 2022 as a Supervisory Records and Information Management Specialist.

Sharon Scott attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.
