Joe Golden

Joe Golden has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Joe began their career in the US Army, where they served as a Senior Logistics Officer and later as a Brigade Executive Officer. In 2005, Joe transitioned to the civilian sector and worked as a Production Supervisor at Owens Corning. After that, they joined Siemens, where they held various roles, including Operations Manager and Outbound/Inbound Manager. In 2014, Joe became the Regional Operations Manager for the High Plains and Midwest Regions at Animal Health International, Inc. During their tenure, they oversaw the operation of 16 distribution centers and managed a budget of $11MM. Joe's most recent position was as the Director of Operations at Concordance Healthcare Solutions, where they led and directed the distribution operations of multiple facilities across several states. Joe managed all aspects of operations, including inventory, budget, safety, and employee engagement. Joe has a strong background in operations management and extensive experience in the healthcare and animal health industries.

Joe Golden obtained their Masters degree in Adult and Higher Education from Montana State University-Bozeman, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their B.S. in Business Management/Marketing at the University of Tampa from 1986 to 1988.
