James Shigekane has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. James is currently serving as the Director of Business Development, Pacific Region at Concordant, LLC, where they specialize in providing harmonized solutions for the federal government's program management, acquisition, data analysis, and visualization needs. Prior to this role, James held positions in the Hawaii Air National Guard as Vice Commander of the 154th Wing and in the United States Air Force as the Director of Safety, Pacific Air Forces. James' earlier roles include serving as the Commander of the 10th Airlift Squadron and Chief of Safety in the United States Air Force. James also holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in Public Administration from Troy University, earned between 2001 and 2003. In 2005 and 2006, they attended the US Naval War College, where they completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in National Security and Strategic Studies.
