Jeff Tornell

Jeff Tornell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in acquisition management and consulting for federal agencies. Currently, as Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Concordant, LLC since 2020, Tornell leads initiatives that provide innovative solutions to complex government acquisition challenges. Previously, Tornell founded Source Selection Consulting, serving as President and CEO from 2010 to 2020, delivering specialized consulting services for agencies such as the Federal Aviation Administration and the Department of Defense. Prior roles include Vice President at Quotient Inc. and ITS Services/Apogen/Qinetiq NA, where responsibilities encompassed business development and operational leadership. Early in the career, Tornell worked as a Contract Specialist at the Federal Aviation Administration, managing major systems acquisitions. Tornell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from James Madison University and an MBA in Marketing from The George Washington University.
