Mikal Kenfield

Mikal Kenfield currently serves as the Associate Dean of Students and Director of Community Standards at the University of Montana since January 2025. With extensive experience at Concordia College from August 2004 to the present, Mikal has held multiple leadership roles, including Assistant Dean of Students, Director of Residence Life, and Director of Core Curriculum and Integrative Learning. Responsibilities have included overseeing departmental budgets, supervising staff, implementing residential curricula, and managing assessments. Mikal's earlier experience includes positions at North Dakota State University, with a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from North Dakota State University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Student Education from Concordia College.
