Carol Willison

Carol Willison is an experienced educator currently serving as a First Grade Teacher at Concordia International School Shanghai since August 2016, where responsibilities include being the homeroom teacher and leading the Grade 1 team during challenging times. Previously, Carol worked at The International School of Uganda from August 2005 to June 2016 as a Grade 3 Teacher and Junior School Literacy Coordinator, specializing in the IB Primary Years Programme and literacy instruction. Carol holds a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Erikson Institute along with a Bachelor's degree in Education from Northwestern University, and has also achieved additional degrees from Erikson Institute in Education.
