Carrie Douglas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Concordia Plan Services since April 2018, Carrie has previously held positions in various capacities at Enterprise Holdings and its subsidiaries, including Senior Project Specialist and Team Supervisor for CarShare operations. With a strong background in business analysis, team leadership, and operational support, Carrie has successfully managed cross-functional teams, implemented cost-saving measures, and enhanced client communications. A graduate of Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and Communication, Carrie has demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades.
