Melodie Powers

Melodie Powers has extensive experience in health plan management and leadership, currently serving as the Large Employer Account Manager at Concordia Plan Services since September 2014, where responsibilities include being the primary contact for significant employer groups such as universities and religious organizations. Prior to this role, Melodie held the position of Director of Health Plans and Services at Concordia Plan Services, and gained valuable experience as a National Account Manager at Delta Dental of Missouri from 1988 to 2005, as well as in marketing development at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Missouri from 1984 to 1988. Melodie holds a B.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.A. in Human Resources Development from Webster University.
