Cheryl Johnson, SHRM-SPC, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of People Strategies at Concordia Plans since October 2019, where contributions have helped the organization achieve recognition as a Top Workplace, including multiple awards from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and a National Top Workplaces Award in 2023. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Cheryl previously held roles such as Director of Human Resource Organizational & Talent Strategy at HR Consulting, HRIS Project Manager at the Archdiocese of St. Louis, and Senior Director of Human Resources at Express Scripts. Additional roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Sensitech Inc. and various HR management positions at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Mast Industries, and Agribrands International. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Saint Louis University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Webster University.
