Alex Kandaras

Alex Kandaras has a diverse professional background in engineering and construction, currently serving as Field Engineer II at Concrete Frame Associates, LLC since October 2022. Previously, Alex held the roles of Project Engineer and various support positions at River Concrete Construction, Inc., contributing significantly to operational aspects of a small construction firm. In academia, Alex gained experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Nevada, Reno, and as a Project Manager for a capstone project at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. An earlier internship at WN Mechanical Systems provided technical support and advisory experience. Alex's educational journey includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Nevada, Reno, with additional coursework in HVACR technologies.
