Matthew Stein

Matthew Stein has been working in the tech industry since 2017. In that year, they began working as a Freelance 3D Generalist and Graphic Design Artist, specializing in MAST Design. Matthew also worked as a Social Media Manager and Salesperson at Five Star Nutrition, designing fliers, order forms, trifold pamphlets, and other print media, as well as creating on-brand product advertisements for social media pages.

In 2018, Matthew began working at iEnergizer as a First Level Customer Support Agent, evaluating end user's technical issues and providing easy-to-follow steps to resolve them. Matthew also discerned between client-side issues and server-side complications, and evaluated and understood technical diagnostics. Matthew was later promoted to Advanced Customer Support Agent, where they relayed emerging issues in-game and provided advanced technical steps with in-depth instruction. Matthew also handled account and billing information with discretion. In 2020, they were promoted again to Quality Assurance Supervisor.

Most recently, in 2021, Matthew began working at Concrete Software, Inc. as a Senior QA Specialist and was later promoted to QA Lead.

Matthew Stein attended Penn State University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Digital Studio.
