Jerry J.

Jerry J. has extensive work experience in the field of safety management and operations. Jerry started their career at Waste Management in 1995, where they worked as a Residential Driver and Swing Driver. Jerry then joined Republic Services in 1999, serving as an Operations Manager and conducting safety and OSHA training.

From 2009 to 2014, Jerry J. worked at Gel Corp, Inc. as a Safety Manager. Jerry then transitioned to Atlantic Concrete Inc. in 2014, where they served as a Safety Manager for a year.

In 2016, Jerry J. took on the role of Operations & Safety Manager at United Site Services and later joined Argos USA as an Area Safety Instructor. Jerry remained with Argos USA until 2019.

In 2020, Jerry J. became the Safety Director at BIO-NOMIC SERVICES, INC. and currently holds the position of Corporate Director of Safety Services at Concrete Supply Company, starting in February 2021.

Throughout their career, Jerry J. has gained expertise in safety management, conducting trainings, and overseeing operations.

Jerry J. completed their education at the University of Phoenix from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they obtained a diploma from Grand Rapids Central High School between 1991 and 1995, also with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their formal education, Jerry J. has obtained several certifications. In December 2017, they became certified in Basic Life Support by the National CPR Foundation. In April 2018, they received certifications in First Aid/CPR/AED and Bloodborne Pathogens from the American Red Cross. In the same month, they also obtained the Anaphylaxis and Epinephrine Auto-Injector certification from the American Red Cross. In May 2018, they completed the First Aid/CPR/AED Certified Instructor course, also offered by the American Red Cross. Furthermore, in September 2018, Jerry J. attended the Smith System Driver Trainer Course at the Smith System Driver Improvement Institute, Inc.

In May 2019, they became a Certified Safety Manager (CSM) through the National Association Of Safety Professionals. Most recently, in October 2020, Jerry J. received two certifications: HAZWOPER Train the Trainer Certified and Licensed Safety Professional (LSP), both from the National Association Of Safety Professionals.
