Sy Ha Nguyen

Sy Ha Nguyen has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting, business transformation, and audit management. They started their career at PwC Malaysia as a Business Transformation Manager in 2019. From 2011 to 2019, Sy worked at PwC Vietnam in various roles, including Audit Associate & Senior, Audit Manager, and Business Transformation Manager. During their time at PwC Vietnam, Sy gained extensive knowledge in finance and accounting, business processes, and internal control procedures. In 2021, Sy joined NOVAGROUP as a Finance and Accounting Process & System Manager, where they focused on developing policies, procedures, and SOPs for budgeting and cash management. Since 2023, Sy has been working at Con Cung Corporation as a Senior Finance Transformation Manager.

Sy Ha Nguyen completed the Vietnam Certified Public Accountants program at VNCPA in 2016. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Truong Dai hoc Dan Lap Van Lang. Sy Ha Nguyen also holds additional certifications, including the Business Analytics - Nanodegree program from Udacity, the Diploma of completion - RPA Citizen Developer Foundation from UiPath, the Vietnam Certified Public Accountants (VN CPA) certification from the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam, the World Silver Medallion of Advanced Business Calculation from LCCI International Qualifications, the Chief Accountant Certificate from the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam, and the Alteryx Designer Core Certified certification from Alteryx.
