Dale Ragan

Dale Ragan is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as a Principal Software Design Engineer at SAP Concur since May 2015, Ragan leads projects aimed at enhancing workflows and tooling across teams, promotes a culture of collaboration, and mentors junior engineers. Additionally, Ragan co-founded Moncaí and serves as CTO, while also chairing the board for the non-profit Monkey Square, which advocates for cross-platform and open-source development. As the owner of SineSignal, Ragan has further established a personal venture. Previous roles include lead software development at Exceptional Innovation, project leadership at Knowledge Management Interactive, network administration at First Service Federal Credit Union, and an internship at Lucent Technologies. Ragan's career began with military service in the United States Army, specializing in signal support. Ragan holds a degree from The Ohio State University.
