Horst Hoefinger

Horst Hoefinger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Partner at Concur since January 2017, Horst is responsible for fostering strategic partnerships with clients to enhance their adoption of SAP Concur solutions while promoting revenue growth and customer retention. Prior to this role, Horst worked at American Express as a Global Account Manager, supporting a significant portfolio exceeding $400 million in annual charge volume. Horst's career also includes a tenure at GE Money as a National Account Manager, overseeing a portfolio valued at over $700 million, and a role as Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at GE Power Systems, where responsibilities included financial forecasting for a substantial orders and sales segment. Horst holds an MBA in Finance from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Siena College.
