Nicolas Chavez Jr

Nicolas Chavez Jr has extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving as a Space Planning Specialist at SAP/Concur since June 2017, where responsibilities include managing over 375,000 sq ft and over 1,700 employees in the Bellevue office. Previously, Nicolas held the role of Facilities Technician at Concur Technologies from April 2008 to the present and served as an Import Export Specialist at Vulcan Inc from August 2007 to April 2008. Earlier in the career, Nicolas worked as a Facilities Coordinator at Onyx Software from January 2000 to April 2007. Nicolas graduated from Ballard High School in 1993.
