Mary Bevan

Mary Bevan started their career in 1985 as a Lead Artist/Illustrator at Prospect Associates. Mary then worked as an Art Director at Maxwell Online in 1988 and as a Graphic Designer at PRC from 1989 to 1993. After that, they joined Concurrent Technologies Corporation in 1993 and held various roles, including Assistant Staff Member and Associate Staff Member in Desktop Specialist positions, Publications and Graphics Leader, and Associate Publications Manager. Mary was later promoted to Manager of Media Production Support, Manager of Communications Resources, and eventually to Senior Manager of Communications Resources. In 2010, they became the Director of Corporate Communications & Brand Marketing at Concurrent Technologies Corporation, where they led internal and external corporate communications and brand marketing efforts, served as a company spokesperson, oversaw media relations, crisis communications, and executive communications. Mary also chaired Brand Working Group meetings and managed a team of writers and graphic designers to ensure consistent use of brand messaging and visuals across all mediums. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Cambria County Area Community College for a brief period in 1999.

Mary Bevan obtained an Associate's Degree in Advertising Design from Montgomery College in the years 1983 to 1985. Mary then pursued another Associate's Degree, this time in Illustration, from the same institution in the years 1985 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, Mary Bevan has also obtained several certifications including a Masters in Business Development from MBDi | Mastering Business Development Inc. in June 2018, a BrightEdge Certified Professional certification from BrightEdge in November 2017, and an Adult First Aid / CPR / AED certification from the American Red Cross in October 2015.
