Richard Brill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Chemistry from Goucher College, where they attended from 1995 to 1999. Richard then pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy (MPP) with a focus on Environmental and Regulatory Policy at Georgetown University from 2000 to 2003. Richard continued their education by obtaining a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, completing their studies from 2007 to 2011.
