Richard Brill

Richard Brill has a diverse work experience in the field of sustainability, energy, and climate programs. Richard has served in leadership roles, providing guidance and expertise to organizations such as Concurrent Technologies Corporation, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Jellinek, Schwartz & Connolly, Inc.

At Concurrent Technologies Corporation, Richard worked as the Senior Director of Energy, Resilience & Sustainability. Richard led a team of 20+ individuals and advised senior leadership on changing laws, policies, and emerging technologies. Richard played a crucial role in strategic planning and communication initiatives and successfully produced and executed multi-year strategic energy plans.

Prior to their role at Concurrent Technologies Corporation, Richard was the Director and Manager of the Air Force Strategic Advisory Program. Richard contributed to the design and delivery of sustainability solutions for high-value federal clients and played a key role in establishing the Air Force's energy office. Richard also directed projects to produce annual reports for the Department of Defense and developed strategic communications plans for the Air Force.

Richard's work experience also includes their role as a Policy Analyst at Jellinek, Schwartz & Connolly, Inc. where they contributed to policy analysis.

Richard Brill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Chemistry from Goucher College, where they attended from 1995 to 1999. Richard then pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy (MPP) with a focus on Environmental and Regulatory Policy at Georgetown University from 2000 to 2003. Richard continued their education by obtaining a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, completing their studies from 2007 to 2011.
