Paul Liotard is an experienced procurement professional with expertise in indirect buying and strategic sourcing across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Indirect Buyer at Condat SA since February 2021, Paul has successfully developed and implemented a comprehensive procurement policy that enhances operational efficiency. Previous roles include an Indirect Buyer for Coca Cola European Partners at IBM Hungary ISSC Kft., where Paul managed significant sourcing projects across France, the UK, and Benelux while achieving substantial savings. As an International Procurement Specialist at Bouygues Bâtiment International, Paul supported a major construction project in Cuba, overseeing international logistics and direct purchasing.
