Jennifer Mayer

Jennifer Mayer is a seasoned executive in compensation and organizational design, currently serving as Vice President of Compensation at Condé Nast since February 2021 and as a Member of Chief since June 2022, a network aimed at empowering women in leadership. Mayer's extensive experience includes over two decades at PepsiCo, where roles spanned from Senior Director of Global Organizational Design to Senior Director of Global Compensation, leading critical initiatives in job evaluation and organizational harmonization during major acquisitions. Earlier career experience includes serving as Vice President and Compensation Consultant at Johnson Associates, where Mayer managed client relationships in various industries. Jennifer Mayer holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an AB in Economics from the University of Chicago.
